Bathroom Products Live in a Different Environment

Bathrooms contain water, humidity, smooth surfaces, temperature changes, cleaning chemicals, and frequent daily use.
Because of that, a bathroom accessory must be used according to its actual design rather than assumptions based only on appearance.
Wet-Area Use
A product described as suitable for bathroom use is not automatically suitable for:
- Permanent submersion;
- Direct high-pressure water exposure;
- Steam rooms;
- Outdoor use;
- Every wall or floor material.
Customers should review individual product instructions.
Adhesive Products
Adhesive hooks, shelves, holders, and organizers can perform differently depending on:
- Surface material;
- Cleanliness;
- Humidity;
- Installation pressure;
- Cure time;
- Weight placed on the product.
An adhesive product should not be installed on an unsuitable, dirty, loose, textured, damp, or deteriorating surface.
Suction Products
Suction products generally work best on suitable smooth, clean, non-porous surfaces.
Performance may be reduced on textured tile, porous stone, uneven surfaces, damaged surfaces, or grout lines.
Load Capacity
Never exceed a product's stated weight or load recommendation.
Bathroom organizers, shower shelves, hooks, and similar accessories are not automatically intended to support a person's body weight.
Unless a product is expressly certified for that purpose, do not use it as a grab bar, safety rail, climbing support, or body-support device.
Anti-Slip Products
Products described as anti-slip or slip-resistant are intended to improve traction under appropriate conditions.
They do not eliminate all risk of slipping.
Water, soap residue, cleaning chemicals, installation, surface condition, and wear can affect performance.
Rust and Corrosion
Bathroom humidity can affect metals over time.
Descriptions such as “rust-resistant” or “corrosion-resistant” do not necessarily mean a product can never develop surface changes under every environment.
Reasonable cleaning, drying, and care may be necessary.
Product Images
Screens, lighting, manufacturing batches, materials, and photography can cause minor differences in:
- Color;
- Finish;
- Texture;
- Pattern;
- Appearance.
Materially incorrect merchandise should be reported to us.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this notice is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
