RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Bathroom Products Need a Practical Return Standard

We understand that a shelf may not fit where expected, a dispenser may not suit a customer's routine, or a particular finish may not match a bathroom.
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Start With an Email
Before sending anything back, contact:
Include:
- Order number;
- Product;
- Reason for return;
- Photographs if there is damage or a defect.
Preference Returns
If you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, or the product simply does not suit your bathroom, an eligible item may be returned during the 30-day period.
For these returns:
Customer pays return shipping.
We do not charge a standard restocking fee.
Condition Matters
A return should remain suitable for resale.
A product may not qualify for a normal preference return if it has been:
- Permanently installed;
- Drilled into;
- Cut;
- Modified;
- Extensively used;
- Stained;
- Contaminated;
- Returned with essential parts missing.
Reasonable inspection is acceptable.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Certain bathroom products may come into close personal contact or be exposed to water, soap, bodily-contact surfaces, or sanitary areas.
Where resale would not be appropriate after significant use, the condition and nature of the item may affect eligibility for a preference-based return.
This does not eliminate rights relating to defective or incorrect merchandise.
Damage or Our Error
If the product arrived damaged, materially defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly.
Once confirmed, FABRIC FOLD LLC will cover reasonable return shipping associated with correcting our error.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within approximately 3 business days.
Refunds generally return to the original payment method.
